Dr. Joe Mac Aree, PhD, FCIPD, MAC, Reg Psychol. Ps SI

Joe Mac Aree holds a Doctorate in psychology from Trinity College Dublin having previously studied psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level at University College Dublin. He holds additional postgraduate qualifications in Statistics and Human Resources and is a fully accredited coach with the Association for Coaching, a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development, a registered psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.

He has over 30 years HR experience specialising in Leadership Development, Coaching, Assessment, Selection and Talent Management. This experience was initially gained with a range of senior management teams within a large financial service group primarily in Ireland and UK. Since 2006, as a consultant business psychologist, he has expanded this experience internationally through working with a wide range of private and public sector organisations in Europe, the US and Asia.
