JMA Consulting GDPR / Privacy Policy 


JMA Consulting use two types of data:


Personal Data

This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Specifically, this includes your name, role in your company, phone contact details, address and email address. It is our policy to keep these details to the minimum level required to provide our services to you and to communicate with you in the provision of these services. We will use these details to provide you with further information about our services or new developments that may be of interest to you.


Non-Personal Data

We gather statistical and other analytical information on visitor traffic to our website. Non-personal data cannot be used to identify or contact you and is collected on an aggregate basis such as geographical location to help us understand how clients or potential clients interact with our website.


Cookies

Our website does not use cookies and if people are interested in our services they can contact us through info@jmaconsulting.ie.


Third Parties Information Disclosure

We do not disclose your Personal Data to third parties with the exception of specific services associated with personality profiling, aptitude testing and 360 evaluations. In such circumstances we will have your consent to this disclosure as part of our coaching or assessment services. The information we provide to these third parties is your forename, surname and email address for the purposes of processing your access to the instruments. This enables the 3rd party provider to send you a secure login link to their platform to use these tools. Once completed the third party will send a report to us based on your input. This report will be password protected by us and send to you. We would only disclose your Personal Data if we are required to make such disclose as part of regulatory, legal or statutory requirements.


Data Retention and Security.

Personal data will be retained for a period of 3 years. There is an exception to this in relation to 360 reports. These reports will be provided to the person for their personal retention and we will only hold a copy of the report for the duration of the coaching assignment (typically 3-4 months). Where we provide an assessment report to a client we specify the use, data security and retention of the report and this is then covered under the client’s GDPR commitments. Personal data is stored on secure databases such as excel / word on our OneDrive Microsoft cloud server and is password protected. We do not store personal information on our internet server.


Changing or Querying Personal Data held by JMA Consulting

We will update or delete your personal data in line with the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and GDPR and other legislative requirements that may come into force.
