I have to build this thing called a Pyramid, with workers who really dont want to be here, for a boss who just wants results with a limited budget, long hours and as for pay dont even go there !

 

Sound familiar ?  Looks like some things have not changed much for thousands of years.  However, our understanding of psychology has and now we can equip leaders and managers with the skills necessary to thrive in complex modern organisations.
